Conditions for Returns

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

    Be in its original state, unused and undamaged
    Have all your accessories, labels and original packaging
    Submit proof of purchase or order number
    Request within 30 days from delivery date

Uneligible Products for Return

    Custom or custom made products
    Open personal hygiene items
    Digital products or downloads
    Items on offer or settlement marked "final sale"

Return Process

Step 2: You will receive instructions and a return label within 2 business days.

Step 3: Send the product following the instructions provided.

Step 4: Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the returned product. The refund will be made to the original payment method used in the purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will cover shipping costs and send you a replacement or process a full refund at no additional cost.
